Founder & CEO/Chair
Javier Quinones
Javier Quiñones is a multifaceted artist, photographer, poet, and community organizer based in Pueblo, Colorado. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and is the founder of Mad Fresh Productions, where he strengthens community connections through art, music, and cultural expression. Under his leadership, the organization has hosted numerous free youth programs, art showcases, and music festivals, providing platforms for emerging creatives.
With over seven years of experience in photography, Javier has developed a keen eye for capturing compelling images that tell powerful stories. His artistic pursuits also extend to poetry, with performances at local venues, and he is a key organizer of Pueblo’s Annual Multicultural and Hp-Hop Festivals, a celebration of cultural diversity held every October at Mineral Palace Park.
Javier’s work embodies a deep commitment to fostering unity, creativity, and empowerment within Pueblo’s artistic and cultural landscape. As a board member of Mad Fresh Productions, he continues to drive initiatives that uplift voices, bridge communities, and inspire future generations.

Casey Saoit
Casey, a proud San Francisco native, landed in Colorado Springs through the Air Force and is passionate about empowering youth! As a mom of two talented kids, she’s seen firsthand how programs can spark dreams—her daughter’s love for dance began in a Bay Area hip-hop class and is now taking her to college, while her son brings joy to the breakdancing scene in Colorado. Casey is thrilled to be part of
Mad Fresh Productions, helping expand its impact and create more opportunities for Pueblo’s youth!

Valerie Martinez
Valerie Martinez, owner of Phoenix Rising Insurance, is a dedicated community leader in Pueblo. She helps organize The Place block parties, bringing neighborhoods together through culture and connection. A longtime East High basketball coach, she has mentored countless young athletes. Valerie is also a proud mother of three artists, fostering creativity both at home and in the community.

Secretary
Molly Cotner
Molly Cotner is the Secretary of Mad Fresh Productions, a professor of sociology, and a journalist. She is dedicated to expanding access to the arts for marginalized youth and communities in Pueblo and has earned a Master’s in Sociology from UCCS and a Master’s in Journalism from NYU. Passionate about amplifying local stories and creative voices, she helps shape the city’s cultural narrative through her work in journalism and community engagement. As an educator, she fosters inclusive learning environments and teaches students about effective advocacy. Molly has an unwavering commitment to advancing social justice and human rights initiatives.

Kayla Parker
Kayla Parker is an MSW student at CSU Pueblo and an Administrative Assistant for the university's Psychology, History, and Political Science Departments. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration in May 2024. Outgoing and organized, Kayla is passionate about positive thinking, helping others, and creating a welcoming environment. She values honesty and integrity in all aspects of her work and enjoys providing thoughtful hospitality that makes others feel heard and supported.

Nancy Fierro
Nancy Fierro is a student at Colorado State University Pueblo (CSU-Pueblo), set to graduate in 2025, who combines academic excellence with a diverse background. Her consistent Dean's List achievements in Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 showcase her dedication to her studies. Prior to CSU-Pueblo, Nancy pursued business at the Community College of Denver and is a 2017 graduate of Battle Mountain High School, demonstrating a well-rounded educational foundation.

Meleah Paulo
Meleah Paulo is a dedicated and compassionate advocate with a passion for service and creativity. With a strong background in Finance, Accounting and Technology experience, she brings a unique blend of problem-solving, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to community support. Her love for reading and continuous learning allows her to stay informed and adaptable, while her skills in sewing and crocheting reflect her patience and precision. A strong believer in the power of helping others, Meleah is dedicated to making a positive impact through her role on the board, ensuring the organization’s mission is upheld with integrity and care.

Director of Community Outreach & Education
Molly Bilker
Molly Bilker is an educator and community organizer and advocate located on Pueblo’s East Side. She is the School Culture Coordinator at Pueblo Academy of Arts middle school and is an active member of the local performing arts community. She has earned a Master’s in Mass Communication from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado - Denver. She is currently achieving her Ph.D. in Public Affairs from the University of Colorado - Denver. Born and raised in Denver, Molly moved to Pueblo in 2016 and has since become firmly rooted in the community, seeking to improve outcomes for local youth, struggling artists, and families and individuals who face the pernicious and pervasive effects of poverty locally.
